  • Flipchart to write down the ground rules.

At the start of the workshop, the trainers introduce themselves.

The trainers welcome the participants and present the practical information about the workshop and the schedule for the week.

Trainers and participants agree on ground rules, which can be updated on a daily basis as and when necessary.
