Instead of the trainers handing out the certificates, they can invite a relevant 'Very Important Person' to hand out the certificates, e.g. the director of the organization, someone from a National or Regional Deaf organization, etc.
The trainers summarize the training, congratulate the participants and hand out the certificates.
